"Many years ago at a horse sale, Joe and I had a dream to try to find a place up here in Montana. We visited with Scott to keep on the lookout for a piece of land where we could run our horses, a few yearlings, and build us a little place to come for a big part of the year. He never forgot that and he worked on it for numerous years. In 2011 he called us when we were back in Montana for a horse sale and told us he had a property in mind for us. When we went over and looked at it, Joe and I could see that it had potential. It needed a lot of work but it had water, grass, and potential. One thing that really impressed me about Scott was his patience with our decision. We needed to go home and give it a lot of thought and pray about it and in that time, Scott never pressured us. It took us about a month and a half to come to the decision and as soon as we decided to go for it, Scott went to work for us and put it all together. We really enjoyed having that land, it was a blessing. Scott helped us all the way through, from finding people to put water well in, to builders, etc., he went above and beyond. 

About 11 years later we felt that it was time to maybe sell and slow down a bit on that end. Scott came and showed us what we needed to do to get a place ready to sell. He even helped us for about a week and brought his own equipment at his own expense. We all went to work and got it cleaned up. Then he hired a fella to come fly a drone over it and made a wonderful video. He put the listing up on a Thursday night, and the following Monday morning had a contract. We’re always appreciative of Scott. This experience was new to us and we felt safe. He walked us through every step, and we look forward to maybe doing it again with him someday."

Moving from Switzerland to the USA

Scott was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond for our dreams and wishes and fulfilled every single one. He left not even one wish box unchecked, and there were a lot.

Moving to a different country, even continent is a very big step. We were nervous and overwhelmed, but hemade the entire process stress-free and made every fear we had go away. We talked a lot, mostly on the phone since Switzerland is not just around the corner and with the time difference; when he was working, it was night in Switzerland, and vice versa. He was there for us, day and night, because sometimes, questions or answers couldn’t wait. 

We had a very good picture of what we were looking for. He listened carefully to understand our wishes, and he did.

With our big move, we wanted the property to be perfect. Good enough was not good enough, not for us and not for him. He showed us a few little ranches, but as picky as we are, nothing was quite we dreamed it. Nevertheless, He always treated us like kings, he toured us to every property. He made us feel like first priority.

Scott doesn’t know the term “giving up” or “quit”. The amount of effort and time he put into the process was unbelievable. He was immensely patient, always in good spirit and so much fun, even we realized, he had every reason to lose his patience with our seemingly endless questions

And then, he called us again and said “I found it”. Again, we flew to the USA to look at it. And we can truly say, he really felt and understood what we were dreaming of, he “had” our picture. He found the perfect little ranch for us.

He made the buying process easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. He asked the questions we didn’t know to ask or forgot the ask. He made sure we had the necessary information to make informed decisions. He has a wealth of knowledgeable about the market, did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process and the area, was always very supportive throughout the entire process. He had always our best interests in mind. His attention to detail and level of time/dedication to us wasoutstanding.

Scott is kind, has an incredibly good energy, never loses his patience, is extremely dedicated and professional.
